1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the 777jaka platform (accessible at https://777jaka.net and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you, the individual user, and 777jaka, the operator of this platform.

777jaka reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amended Terms take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of 777jaka is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 777jaka enforces a strict 18+ policy across every feature of the platform. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
2. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
3. Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether applied through 777jaka's own responsible gaming tools or through any other gambling operator or exclusion scheme you have voluntarily joined.
4. Not a restricted person: You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, agent, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 777jaka or any of its licensed game suppliers, software providers, or payment partners.
5. Single account: You must not currently hold any other registered account on the 777jaka platform. Each individual is permitted exactly one account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited.

777jaka may at any time request documentary proof of age, identity, address, or payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our support team will result in account suspension until compliance is achieved.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access real-money betting and casino features on 777jaka, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and preferred payment method details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. 777jaka will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

• All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must update your account details promptly if any information changes after registration.
• Accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account to any other person.
• 777jaka reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any time, including before processing withdrawals.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 777jaka immediately at [email protected].
• 777jaka uses SSL encryption and OTP-based authentication to protect your account. However, you share responsibility for your own account security through safe password practices.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

777jaka accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed below. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and credited to your 777jaka wallet in BDT. No currency conversion fees are applied to domestic mobile banking transactions.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 777jaka reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC checks. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, though large withdrawals may be processed in tranches at 777jaka's discretion.

• Deposits made using bonus funds or promotional credits are subject to additional wagering requirements detailed in the Bonuses & Promotions section below.
• 777jaka does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used must be registered in your own name.
• Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment reversal will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of the disputed amount pending investigation.
• 777jaka is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or mobile network outages beyond our control.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

777jaka offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. Claiming any bonus constitutes acceptance of its associated terms.

The standard welcome bonus available to new 777jaka players is a 100% deposit match of up to ৳20,000 on the player's first qualifying deposit. To qualify, the first deposit must meet the minimum threshold stated in the active promotion at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses are credited to your bonus wallet immediately upon deposit confirmation.

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) is specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus.

5. One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your wallet at any time. A new bonus cannot be claimed until the current active bonus has been either completed or forfeited.
6. Abuse Prevention: 777jaka reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to hedging bets, using multiple accounts, or exploiting promotional loopholes. Any winnings generated through abusive behaviour will be forfeited in full.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on 777jaka are governed by the specific rules of the relevant game or sport, as determined by the game provider or sports data feed supplier. In the case of any discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and this section, the game provider's rules take precedence for that specific game.

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. 777jaka does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except where an obvious technical error has occurred and is verified by our team.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, server error, or data feed failure — 777jaka reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's wallet.
• Live betting markets (in-play sports betting) are subject to suspension at any time based on match events. Bets placed during a suspension window will be voided and stakes returned.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

777jaka maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of fraudulent activity, collusion, or dishonest behaviour on the platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the platform:

1. Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one 777jaka account per individual, household, device, or IP address.
2. Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated or systematic wagering designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent, including matched betting rings, bonus hunting via multiple accounts, or deliberate wagering pattern manipulation.
3. Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker, live dealer games, or sports betting markets where insider coordination could influence outcomes.
4. Money Laundering: Using the 777jaka platform to launder funds or obscure the origin of any money. All suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Fraud: Initiating unauthorised payment reversals or chargebacks, or making deposits using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
6. Automated Play (Bots): Using automated scripts, bots, AI-assisted tools, or any software that plays games or places bets without genuine manual human interaction.
7. Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, pricing errors, or any other technical fault on the platform to gain a financial advantage. Players who discover a technical error must report it to support immediately.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

777jaka reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine — at our sole discretion — that any of the following conditions apply:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account holder has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• The account is suspected of being operated by a person under the age of 18.
• The account is subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to 777jaka.
• The account holder has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or mobile money provider.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy).

If your account is closed by 777jaka for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your wallet (excluding bonus funds and disputed amounts) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to completion of identity verification. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable upon account closure in all circumstances.
